Professor Cole is the Director of the Center for Government Law and Public Policy Studies at Dickenson Law. Prior to joining the law school faculty he served as a special counsel to the United States Senate Special Committee on Whitewater and practiced law with the international law firm Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and Washington, D.C. His expertise is in corporate compliance and governmental investigations. While on the faculty at Penn State he served as a legal consultant to the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (“9/11 Commission”). He is the author of numerous law review articles on corporate law and white collar crime. He is the co-author of a leading textbook on Congressional Investigations and Oversight.
Professor Cole is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas.
