Prior to joining HGH, Mr. Weinfeld served 28 years at Starrett Corporation ("Starrett") and HRH Construction Corporation. From 1985 until his retirement in 1999, Mr. Weinfeld was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for this prominent developer, construction and management Corporation, a publicly traded company on the American Stock Exchange until it was taken private in December 1997. In his capacity as EVP and CFO, Mr. Weinfeld was responsible for all financial functions including treasury, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and Securities and Exchange Commission filings. Mr. Weinfeld prepared documentation and analytical support in the litigation "Starrett Housing Corporation vs. Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran", a case that was presented to the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal of the World Court, Hague, Netherlands. Mr. Weinfeld in the Hague, provided support for Starrett's two (2) expert witnesses.

Mr. Weinfeld consulted for JPMorgan Chase, analyzing the costs relating to the construction of gas generation plants incurred by Cogentrics, a contractor for Enron, at the time of Enron's bankruptcy. JP Morgan Chase had provided an Enron subsidiary with an open letter of credit which was drawn upon just prior to Enron's bankruptcy, proving that the letter of credit, as drawn, was in excess of the allowable amount. As a result, JP Morgan Chase was able to settle favorably with the Enron estate and collect approximately $6,000,000. Mr. Weinfeld has interacted with the following properties and agencies during his real estate development career: Starrett City, Roosevelt Island (Manhattan Park), Trump Towers, Jacob Javits Convention Center, Glen Cove Manor, New York State Urban Development Corporation, Department of Housing & Urban Development Corporation, New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, NYC Housing Preservation and Development.
